At Fort Worth Connect, our five objectives are designed to holistically address the needs of our community, empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges and thrive. By focusing on career exposure, healing from trauma, ongoing mentorship, stable housing, and leadership development, we provide a comprehensive support system that fosters personal growth and community resilience. These objectives work together to create a strong foundation for future leaders, ensuring they have the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to build a brighter, more stable future for themselves and their families.

Objective 1: Career Exposure and Life Skills Development
Through our Everything 4-H Club, we expose future leaders to a wide range of career opportunities and essential life skills, empowering them to pursue their passions and achieve their full potential.

Objective 2: Healing Camp for Trauma-Affected Families
We provide children and their families who have experienced trauma the opportunity to heal in a supportive environment, with guidance from licensed professional counselors at our specialized healing camps.

We are building a comprehensive database of organizations and mentors dedicated to supporting camp participants, ensuring they have continued guidance and resources long after their camp experience.
